Kiana Unger grew up in a small town in Southern Alberta and began dancing at the young age of 2. Competitively training in ballet, jazz, tap, lyrical, contemporary, hip hop, voice and musical theatre at Dance Images, under the direction of her mother, Gerry Unger. Kiana used her summer as stepping stones to further her training with a variety of audition based summer intensives across Canada and the United States. She feels grateful to have trained with companies such as In’trinzik Dance Project based out of Toronto, River North Dance Chicago, The Breakthrough Movement in New York and Axis Connect in New York and Los Angeles! After high school she was accepted into the Source Dance Company under the direction of Joanne Pesusich in Vancouver! Source allowed her to work with industry leading choreographers, performing at a variety of showcases and events, some include, Sephora, the TV Show Arrow, Improv Anywhere, IYI and the Barton Sisters. She has assisted for Tara-Jean Popowich, Marko Germar and Dominque Kelly. Kiana loves all aspects of dance; from training, choreographing and teaching to MCing at competitions! This last Spring, Kiana presented her first piece at Dance As Art in Lethbridge and rehearsed 16 dancers to perform behind the Mini Pop Kids for their two sold out shows in Lethbridge. You can find Kiana keeping busy as a Guest Instructor for Lethbridge Society of Independent Dance Artists, Co-Owning & Directing KC Dance Workshops: a touring 1-Day dance workshop for dancers ages 6-19 and setting pieces for competition throughout Alberta and British Columbia. Kiana has a one of a kind approach when teaching, balancing the very fine details of technique using her PBT certification, to teaching the importance of self worth not just as a dancer but as a human as well. She loves to share her passion for dance and life with all the dancers she has the pleasure of meeting! 


Born and raised in North Vancouver, British Columbia, Chanel is a Vancouver based choreographer & dancer specializing in commercial contemporary dance. Chanel’s love for the arts began with classical ballet where she trained at the Royal Winnipeg School of Ballet as well, Boston Ballet, Walnut Hill, schools in Los Angeles, New York and Russia. Chanel is an alumni of the Source Dance Company. Most recently Chanel has been teaching at Vancouver’s professional drop-in studio Harbour Dance Centre, assisting for Groove Street Productions & Showtime Productions, ‘Rocky Mountain Dance Project’ & choreographing for the Source Dance Company. Chanel is also the founder and co-director of KC Dance Workshops, a touring dance workshop geared towards inspiring young dancers across Western Canada. She has worked with international choreographers such as Sabrina Phillip, the Barton sisters, Joanne & Alex Pesusich & Liz Tookey to name a few. Commercial work includes Sephora, GSG Productions, Whistler World Ski & Snowboard Event, St. Pauls Hospital, Variety Childrens Charity, Marianas Trench. Chanel continues to learn how her power to give and inspire is changing the lives of dancers.
